Great item and very good buy
I used this stone with some honing oil and it only took me about 3 min to get a very sharp edge on a brand new knife/w a dull edge. Good size as it will fit in a shirt pocket (good to take with you when camping or hunting). Very good stone just use honing oil with it....
Great stone for getting a reall dull knife sharper.
I'm a scout leader and I bought a few of these along with the medium grit stones to teach my scouts how to sharpen knives. I use with drilling-oil. This stone makes sharpening a really dull knife quicker because it gets the blade into form faster and then finish off with medium grit. Great for use and teaching.
Very good and easy to travel with.
This is my carry around whetstone. It functions as expected and even comes with a little instruction pamphlet. I will purchase a larger one down the road.
