Automatic Pasta Maker
This works well, I love the automatic over the hand crank, Because it's easier! I get to use two hands to stretch and form the pasta, this helps me with quality of the product. There is no clamping it down to the table so I think setup and take down is easier. I feel like a pro- pasta maker when I am working the dough. This machine has helped me improve my technique and dough. I don't have to sweat it, to make extra its just easy.
Here is an example, we got a whole bunch of wild chanterelle mushrooms from a friend recently. I made a double batch so I then gifted them some of the fresh mushroom pasta. It worked out well because they were remodeling, and they were down a kitchen. Made me look like a hero.
I use this at least weekly, the quality of our own fresh pasta is out of this world compared to anything. We use eggs from our own chickens, and flour and olive oil to our choice. It saves us money, in the long run.
I don't really know how you could not be...

it just suck
waste of money.
I'm a chef trust me, buy the roma express. better for value money. its slow like Christmas
