Fit perfect. Works great.
Easy to replace the old one with this one.
Instructions were a bit sparse and did not mention that it would take hours before it started to work and make ice.
Woke up the next morning and found it had started making ice during the night.
It's probably the refrigerator...
I ordered this part, and got it much cheaper than the refrig. repairman offered it for. It hasn't filled or overloaded my freezer with ice cubes, but heck, that's probably GE. This fridge is only 4 yrs. old!

Likewise I also waited nearly a year before buying this ice maker . I did all the troubleshooting myself to verify that this was the problem. Found other websites selling this product for nearly double and just didn't want to spend the money. When I saw it for $126 it was too good to pass up. Same manufacturer and model as the original (Samsung). Just plugged it in and a couple hours later it is making ice.
