It feels as I was sold a cheap imitation. The bottom screw holes of the stand were stripped and in need of fixing right out of the box!! The plate that goes under the actual dispenser had screw holes that did not match the holes on the stand - at all.
And once all put together the entire thing is wobbly.
Go figure, the stand had the infamous MADE IN CHINA sticker on it.
The sellers receipt states "Don't buy cheap imitations. Our crocks and stands are the best available on the market!" HOW MUCH CHEAPER CAN IT GET????
Seller doesn't cover return shipping costs and deduct a 25% restocking fee when returning.
Do not buy!!
Porcelain Water Dispenser
Very pleased with this purchase. The first dispenser that they shipped had a leak. I called the company and they immediately sent me a new more expensive dipenser without an additional charge. They stand behind their merchadise.
Exactly what is pictured!
This stand is sturdy and looks great. The porcelain tank is perfect size and the spout works great (after a little tightening). Product was shipped promptly and well packaged. I am very pleased with this product!
