Does not match model 9500 design
I was wondering why this front nozzle came with the two side caps for $1 less then some other replacements I saw on here that cost more and didn't come with the side caps. For the 9500 model you cannot simply attach the new nozzle and keep your original side caps. The new nozzle has two extra pegs half way up in addition to the two on the bottom. The 9500 only has slots on the bottom side caps, not the middle, so to use this nozzle properly you then have to remove your original side caps and attach this ones in order for it to snap on properly. However, the this kits side caps have nowhere to mount the CleanShot feature (the squirt device that shoots cleaning solution directly onto stains).
The only solution I could come up with was swapping the original side cap for theirs on one side, and on the side of the CleanShot cutting a slot for their nozzles peg to fit in.
Also, it does not seem to mate as well with the vacuum portion. I find much less water is being...
Save me lots of $
I was not aware that you could be replacement parts for my steam cleaner. But by chance I decided to look before I shelled out a lot of cash for another machine. The wonder of all things on the net.
Great Purchase
Came quick and was in perfect condition...will be using them in the future when I need replacement parts for my carpet shampooer.
