Awesome Keurig
I would like to say that those who think this product is "loud" are possibly being a little dramatic. Yes the OfficePro is louder than other Keurigs. But it isn't that big of a deal. It does not sound like a jet is going off in your kitchen. It does not shake walls or rattle windows. Frankly, it sounds like a small aquarium pump.
The machine worked exactly as described. We did not have any problem with priming the pump, and the coffee included was excellent. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will gladly recommend this product to anyone.
Works very well, but...
I bought this model to use at home because I read that the motor in the OfficePro is better than in the home editions. I have been using it for about 6 months now, and it does work very well. I occasionally find a cup doesn't fill completely, but that has only happened once or twice, and I have just run an empty (no K cup, just water) cup through, which seems to fix it. It is a little loud. I have a small house, and probably wouldn't run it if someone was trying to sleep, but otherwise, it's not really a big deal. BUT, what I wish I had known before buying is that the reservoir automatically fills after every cup. In fact, you can't make a cup unless there is enough water in the reservoir for the machine to draw up for the next cup. In my case, as I only want a cup or two on the weekends, this is not ideal. The water sits inside the maker for a week. If I had known, I would have gotten one that you fill with water for each cup. As it stands, I just run an empty cup through...
Crossing my fingers on this model
It's hard to judge any of these keurigs without using them for a year or two (that's when the issues start happening). However I did purchase this because it sounded like it had a better made pump (more like an acquirement pump, not some bladder). Also, usually products that are deemed "commercial" tend to be designed a little better because of warranty promises.
Is it loud? yeah, especially when you first purge (any pump without water is going to be loud). It still vibrates pretty good now, but not any more than other keurigs (my cuisinart was very quiet, but it's apparently now known for a crappy pump, and also died). No clock on this, but it does have a auto power off feature for 2 hours (I intend on turning this unit off every time I'm done making coffee). Turns out having hot water in these not only prematurely destroy the pump, but hot water also creates scaling.
Feature-wise, it's pretty simple. I sort of like the bigger dial for cup size selection,...
